Appointment Scheduling

At The Renewal Room Medspa, we strive to provide exceptional care while respecting the time of all clients and providers. To ensure availability and efficient scheduling, the following policies apply:

A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
Certain services, including medical aesthetic treatments, packages, consultations, and appointments exceeding 60 minutes, require a deposit at the time of booking.
Clients are encouraged to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and prepare for treatment.
New clients are required to complete health history forms, consent documents, and consultation paperwork prior to their appointment.

Consultation Appointments

Medical consultations may be required prior to certain aesthetic treatments.
Consultation fees, if applicable, are non-refundable but may be applied toward treatment when completed within the designated time frame.
Consultation appointments are subject to the same cancellation and no-show policy outlined below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request advance notice.

Individual Appointments

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a fee.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged $49 for RENEW aesthetic services.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service value for all RESTORE and REFRESH services.
Deposits associated with late-cancelled appointments may be forfeited.

No-Show Policy

A "no-show" occurs when a client fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice.

No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service value or result in forfeiture of any deposit paid.
Clients with multiple no-shows may be required to prepay future appointments in full.
Repeated no-shows may result in scheduling restrictions or dismissal from the practice.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have treatment time shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and may be subject to the late cancellation fee.
Full service fees may still apply when treatment time is shortened due to late arrival.

Membership Appointments

For clients enrolled in membership programs:

Membership services canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of that month's service benefit.
No-show membership appointments may be considered redeemed and deducted from the member's monthly benefits.
Membership fees continue according to the membership agreement regardless of appointment attendance.

Package Appointments

Package services canceled within the required notice period may be rescheduled without penalty.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of one treatment session from the package.

Refund Policy

Services rendered are non-refundable.
Prepaid packages, memberships, gift cards, and deposits are non-refundable except where required by law.
Retail product returns are subject to The Renewal Room Medspa retail return policy.

Emergency Exceptions

We understand emergencies occur. Management reserves the right to waive cancellation fees due to illness, severe weather, family emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances at its sole discretion.
